Associate Provost and Assistant Vice President for Institutional Planning and Assessment – The Associate Provost will join Brooklyn College at a time of transition: a new president is expected to be named in 2016 and current assessment practices need to be further developed and more fully integrated with strategic and budgetary planning. Reporting to the Provost, she or he will work with senior administrators, including vice presidents and deans, and a wealth of talented and dedicated faculty and staff to ensure that the College and its five schools establish the highest quality assessment protocols and practices to meet the requirements of accrediting organizations. The Associate Provost will also facilitate the use of assessment to inform overall strategy and planning, as well as specific curricular and programmatic reviews.
