What We Want to Do - Where We Want to Go

Strategic planning is integral to the success of an organization. Strategic planning serves as a self-analysis, assists in creating effective management, and brings clarification and validation to the vision and mission of the organization.

To that end, the Strategic Planning Committee drafted a Strategic Plan for the Virginia Assessment Group in 2005. This plan was approved by the Executive Board in August 2005.
